Description
Designed Group Therapy consists of guided conversation with certified life coach & IAU Founder, Mrs. Ashana Bush, and other women who may have similar experiences. Group therapy is one of the most effective forms of therapy. Learning from the experiences of others who are in the same or similar situations can accelerate the healing process in realizing we aren't alone. Our women's group therapy brings women together in a safe space, and empowers them to connect and collaborate with each other...sharing experiences and analyzing mental health as it relates to the experience of being a woman. Sessions are FREE OF CHARGE, and will be held the 3rd Thursday of each month from 5:00pm to 7:00pm starting June 15, 2023 & runs through December 21st. Current sessions are as follows: June 15, 2023: 5pm - 7pm July 20, 2023: 5pm - 7pm August 17, 2023: 5pm - 7pm September 21, 2023: 5pm - 7pm October 19, 2023: 5pm - 7pm November 16, 2023: 5pm - 7pm December 21, 2023: 5pm - 7pm

Cancellation Policy
• To receive a full credit to use on another class, cancellations or changes on any reservation must be made 7 days prior to the start of class. • If cancellation is made after the 7-day period is up, the credit will be reduced 30%. • This credit can be used toward the registration fee for any future class or workshop within one year of the date the credit was issued. • We do not refund any monies. We will only credit your account. • If cancellation is done 24 hours prior to, or on the day of, there will be no refund or credit issued. • Missed Classes: If you have missed a group class, our helpers/volunteers will catch you up in the following class. Please contact us to find out more about makeup options. • Makeup classes are up to our discretion and will be treated on a case-by-case basis. • If IAU cancels an event, you will receive a full refund within 1-5 days of the cancellation.
