IAU's Therapeutic Sewing Classes 2024

Description
As women we must make sure we find ways to stay mentally healthy. Sewing is a great skill and a perfect way to do just that. We are offering a beginner's sewing course. The course offers monthly classes from 5pm- 7pm. Each month, you will walk away with your very own handmade craft. The course is FREE and includes materials during each class. Donations welcomed. Waivers must be completed and will be collected at entry before your 1st class. Children 12 & over are welcome to take the course as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Adult must sign a waiver on their behalf. Look forward to seeing you!

Cancellation Policy
• To receive a full credit to use on another class, cancellations or changes on any reservation must be made 7 days prior to the start of class. • If cancellation is made after the 7-day period is up, the credit will be reduced 30%. • This credit can be used toward the registration fee for any future class or workshop within one year of the date the credit was issued. • We do not refund any monies. We will only credit your account. • If cancellation is done 24 hours prior to, or on the day of, there will be no refund or credit issued. • Missed Classes: If you have missed a group class, our helpers/volunteers will catch you up in the following class. Please contact us to find out more about makeup options. • Makeup classes are up to our discretion and will be treated on a case-by-case basis. • If IAU cancels an event, you will receive a full refund within 1-5 days of the cancellation.
